A Series B company needed to leave their data center ahead of a lease expiration. I designed their AWS landing zone, built the Terraform modules for network, IAM, and compute, and migrated services with per-team runbooks and rollback plans.
New service deploy time went from 2 weeks to same-day
A growing engineering org was bottlenecked on infrastructure requests. I built a self-service platform on top of Backstage and Terraform Cloud: developers could provision databases, queues, and deploy pipelines without filing tickets.
Deployment frequency up 4x, rollback time under 5 minutes
A team with 20 engineers was shipping once a week because deployments were fragile and manual. I rebuilt their pipelines in GitHub Actions, introduced ArgoCD for GitOps-driven Kubernetes deployments, and set up progressive delivery with canary releases.
